Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn has visited Winsford to discuss HS2 plans.
With this taking place just around the corner from Thorn 3PL we were keen to see what the visit entailed.
The Winsford Guardian has reported that the politician visited local pub, The Red Lion. Discussions surrounded Brexit and the upcoming high speed railway plans.
He said: “We’ve got to heal wounds, we’ve got to bring people together.”
Also, the Labour leader has been discussing issues such as Universal Credit with locals. He was due to head to a National Education Union conference in Liverpool following his visit to Winsford.
